Basic Home Maintenance for Youth

Featuring:

· How to replace a leaky faucet

· How to replace washers in kitchen and bathroom

· How to remove and replace a toilet

· How to repair holes in walls

Learn To:

· Read measurements

· Recognize types of nails and their uses.

· Recognize various tools and their uses.

These useful skills could help you earn money and will help your family in maintaining their own home. There will be six Saturday morning workshop sessions: October 6, 13, 27 and November 3, 10, & 17 for 10:00 to 12 Noon. Parents are welcome to accompany their youth.

About the Instructor: Fred Mc Glothin is a retired building general contractor with a State of California, Class B license obtained in 1979. Let Fred become your mentor. Nearly 30 years of professional experience, a lifetime of wisdom to share and he wants to hang out with YOU! You may attend one or more of the sessions, but advanced notification of attendance is required for each workshop date in order to plan appropriately for the session.
